Lieutenant L. Combs
Lt. Combs currently has over 30 years of law enforcement experience. Lt. Combs serves as the S.W.A.T. Commander and Supervises the Northeast Learning Community. Lt. Combs is also over our Patrol Unit and Sub Officers. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Arts.

Lieutenant A. Washington
Lt. Washington became a member of the Fulton County Schools Police Department in November 2013 and is currently the Lieutenant over the South Learning Community. Prior to being promoted to Lieutenant she served as a Detective from 2014 to 2018. Lt. Washington received her Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University in 2002. In 2011 she earned her Master’s Degree in Public Policy Administration as well as an Executive Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Strayer University.
Lt. Washington became a member of the Fulton County Schools Police Department in November 2013 and is currently the Lieutenant over the South Learning Community. Palmer has a B.S in Criminology, M.S of Education, and Educational Leadership Certification.
